How do I defeat Spinning Robo?
Bash it until it dies, although this may take a while as it can cast Shield &alpha. These are annoying because their beam does some good damage, and they can cause you to catch a cold. If you have learned Healing α or have a cold remedy, use it after you have defeated all enemies in this battle that can give you a cold, otherwise you could catch a cold again and waste your healing. If you have no way to cure colds, you'll have to periodically use Lifeup or food to keep your HP from dropping too low.
